    3-去氮腺嘌呤A是S-腺苷高半胱氨酸水解酶的高效抑制剂，其Ki值为0.05 nM [1]。 合成了S-腺苷同型半胱氨酸水解酶抑制剂3-去氮腺嘌呤A。它是一种腺苷类似物，通过与底物腺苷竞争来抑制S-腺苷高半胱氨酸水解酶。3-去氮eplanocin对细胞生长的抑制作用不是很强。10微米3-去氮腺嘌呤A处理导致HL-60细胞的中度细胞生长减少。在HCC细胞系Huh1和Huh7中，3-去氮腺嘌呤A剂量依赖性地抑制生长和非粘附球体形成。在Huh1细胞中，它将上皮细胞粘附分子EpCAMhigh分数从49.0%降低到12.5%，在Huh7细胞中从44.4%降低到11.6%。此外，在植入Huh7细胞的小鼠中，施用3-去氮腺嘌呤A通过直接影响肿瘤起始细胞的生长和自我更新来抑制肿瘤起始和生长[1，2]。
