盐酸吉西他滨是一种DNA合成抑制剂。当用胰腺癌细胞系COLO 357和L3.6pl进行测试时,继染料木黄酮(其使细胞对盐酸吉西他滨敏感)之后的盐酸吉西他滨治疗显著抑制了细胞生长并增加了细胞凋亡[4]。在MIA PaCa-2细胞中,盐酸吉西他滨通过抑制dDNA的活性对细胞表现出显著的细胞毒性,IC50值为49.7±17.7nM[1]。 在原位植入COLO 357细胞的SCID小鼠中,与对照组相比,经染料木黄酮和吉西他滨治疗的小鼠显著降低(75%,P < 0.01)肿瘤生长和体重[4]。
