产品简介
MagniSort™ 人 NK 细胞富集试剂盒集设计用于通过阴性选择对 NK 细胞进行磁性分离。它已经过优化，可利用生物素化抗体混合物和链霉素亲和素包被磁珠从正常人外周血单核细胞中分离人 NK 细胞。不需要的细胞（包括 NKT 细胞）被抗体结合，然后被磁珠结合，当置于磁场中时，磁珠可使 NK 细胞保持未接触状态并在溶液中游离。
