Ac-LEVD-CHO是一种胱天蛋白酶-4抑制剂。[1]当使用浓度为30 μM时,它抑制人牙龈成纤维细胞中由齿垢分枝杆菌牙周病原体表面蛋白Td92诱导的IL-1α表达和分泌以及胱天蛋白酶-4激活。Ac-LEVD-CHO (10微米)还减少A549和PC3癌细胞中显性阴性腺病毒RNA依赖蛋白激酶(Ad-δ6PKR)表达诱导的凋亡。[2]
